What benefits are available to you under the Scheme and when?
Use our paid-for independent financial advice
If you are making decisions about your pension, the Trustee strongly recommends you consider taking professional financial and/or tax advice. The Trustee and Scheme administrator are not authorised to provide you with advice. However, the Trustee and Volvo Car have appointed an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) to help you. You can also read a copy of the information that will be sent to you at key age milestones below.
The Scheme provides paid-for independent financial advice to you, via Premier. Premier is an established IFA firm which the Trustee and Company has used in the past, with positive feedback from members.
You may use the paid-for Premier advice service twice before you retire , so long as it includes a review of your benefits under the Scheme.

We will be in touch at key milestones to help you.
Our Scheme administrators, Mercer, will contact you at ages 50, 54, 55, 60 and 6 months prior to 65 with information about what benefits you might be able to receive and what to do if you want take action.
